Webdesign doen wij meestal op basis van het Joomla content management systeem Joomla.
Dit omdat het daardoor voor de opdrachtgever mogelijk is om zelf de website te onderhouden zonder dat daar specifieke kennis voor noodzakelijk is. Kennis van Word is al voldoende om zelf een site up to date te houden. Hetgeen vooral voor kleinere bedrijven erg handig kan zijn.
Op de bovenstaande afbeeldingen kan je al zonder enige toelichting zien dat het niet echt ingewikkeld is om een artikeltje (pagina) op de website aan te passen.

De keuze voor Joomla hebben wij gemaakt omdat dit CMS gratis te downloaden is en ontwikkeld is vanuit de Open Software gedachte. Ook zijn er voor dit systeem veel gratis tools beschikbaar zodat gecompliceerde site gemaakt kunnen worden voor relatief kleine bedragen. De meeste van deze tools zijn gratis te downloaden, een aantal tools zijn tegen kleine bedragen te koop. Vaak niet meer dan een paar tientjes en in een enkel geval een paar honderd euro, hetgeen dan ook altijd zware uitbreidingen van het systeem zijn. Zoals een online boekingssysteem voor reisburo's of hotels.
